Here’s the first weigh-in for Nobara’s and Pesto’s clutch.
All of these babies are tiny
most of my babies hatch out at the 50-60g area with my tiny babies being in the 40’s… I’m super worried about the Paradox baby because she’s only 34g and didn’t fully absorb her yolk.
Hopefully they’ll be able to eat readily for me after their first shed.

Ugh, photos aren’t uploading properly and only showing half the picture. Let me try to mess with it and see if I can get it uploaded properly.
Edit: Fixed

I’m really curious - what temperature do you incubate at? I have genuinely never had a baby smaller than 54g and most of mine are mid-60s-low 70s.

Babies!
When I had one hatch out a little smaller than yours, she was a fussy one. I was assist feeding her for a while before she figured it out on her own finally.
I want to see the paradox on that baby though~ where are you seeing it?

I incubate at 86°F with fluctuations from 85-88.
This is the first time I’ve been majorly worried about a snake clutch though, after the loss of that first baby and the fact that these babies are so tiny
This is what the temp is right now, after opening the incubator and getting the babies into a new bin
Each of the dips is me opening the incubator to let the babies get fresh air

There’s a single spot in between alienheads she has that’s kind of filled in but also speckly, it looks like its eating into one of the alienheads and it’s also got a little bit of yellow in it too but its hard to capture in a picture. I’ll have to get a better photo of it after she sheds.
