Summary of the issue

Ads not showing on Market place

Expected results

Says I have nine active adds (all ball pythons), click to see all listings should show all ads.

Actual results

When clicking through it only shows 8, no matter what I do. The missing ad is correct, correct category etc but it only shows when I remove the ‘ball python’ filter. It is 100 percent marked as a ball python so I do not understand why it doesn’t show.

Steps to reproduce

Go to cape Aquatics store and click all listings, only 8 appear. Click to remove the ‘ball python’ filter option and the 9th ad shows, despite it being correctly categorised as a Ball Python like the other ads.

Hello! It can take up to an hour for ads to show up in all places for all users. This is due to something called “caching.” This is also why you might see if it you remove a filter or look at the page from a private browser. If you do not see it after an hour or so, please let us know.

Thank you for the reply but I originally put the ad on a few days ago, I have only noticed today it wasn’t showing. I have been monkeying about with the ad today so will see if that fixes it when it has caught up. I’ll let you know if I am still having issues. :+1:

Thanks! Please make sure it is “for sale, public, and active.” If it is “on hold” it might show in the store count, but not on the listings page.
