So I currently only have large mice available to me. I have been feeding my girl 1 every 7 days. She’s at 326 grams, so the size where she should be eating rat pups or maybe even weaned rats, but I can’t get those at this time. So since I’m feeding her these mice that are around 18-20 grams, should I feed her twice in one day every 7 days, or maybe one every 4-5 days? I am basically just trying to get her up to weight where she can start taking small rats around 45 grams, which I think she would be more than capable of once she weighs 350-375 grams. Any advice would be great. Unfortunately ordering online is not an option for me at this time, but it will be in the future. Just need some advice on which of those feeding options I should go with until she’s a little bit bigger. Thank you!

I would just feed her two back to back weekly, starting with the smallest ones

Okay, that’s what I was thinking. She just took one down but unfortunately I have to leave for dinner and don’t have time to thaw another. Do you think it’ll be okay if I give her the second one when I get home tonight? It will be like maybe an hour and a half after she ate the first one. Thanks for the response!

I’d just wait until her next feeding then, having a light meal one week won’t hurt her
