So heres my idea, An outdoor california kingsnake cage. I live in southern California where these guys are found wild down the street, The way it would be setup would be similar to a bioactive enclosure. Deep enough to burrow away from weather and secure enough where no predators nor the snake can get in or out. What do you guys think?

i would also like to note that as the snake is younger i would slowly acclimate it to the outdoors.

Welcome to the forum! Sounds fun, but Iād be way too paranoid about parasites to do it, especially snake mites.
