I set up a payment arrangement with a breeder for a ball python, sent first payment, then when I’m trying to pay it off he stopped responding. Hasn’t responded to me in over two weeks. And paypal is saying that it doesn’t qualify for purchase protection. What can I do??
Did you use your credit card through paypal? If so, you could file a claim with your credit card company.
