It absolutely is. It can get your account suspended/terminated.

This is all really good information.
We have different rules in UK, although I think they should change as there are people selling more reptiles as a hobby than businesses…I don’t see the logic in that.
I think the laws will be changing soon over here to make people become businesses or stop completely.
Down fall is it will change more then just selling, will probably cause expos to stop here too.
