And a quick picture of Lark, ultramel tessera. She looks and feels and acts very gravid. She hasn’t been bred, so I’m hoping she reabsorbs. You can see the gravid shape of her body and the scale spread in this photo.
OK, this girl really makes me want to get some corns.
Beautiful animals, beautiful pics!
I highly recommend them! ![]()
Oh yeah, you definitely need some corns!

Loving that anery pair!
Thanks! They’re both very low yellow so far, which is unusual for aneries.
Lark is stunning!
A couple quick cell phone shots outside while the weather was nice and overcast.
Tinsel, ice tessera.
Thistle, shatter, maybe hypo shatter:
And Mango, fire:
Oooh!!
I always love seeing your beautiful snakes. It would be challenging to choose a favorite but I do especially adore Tinsel. Sparrow is another special one to me. But hey, they’re literally all gorgeous! Thanks for sharing.
That shatter gene is soo cool!
Sunny pics of Cicada, sunkissed anery. The sun washes out her pinks a bit, but I still thought this was a pretty photo of her. I’m pretty sure she’s also red factor.
Gorgeous!
I really do like Sunkissed Aneries. I wouldn’t be surprised if Cicada is Red Factor, too. Her eyes are soooo pretty!!
I feel like I haven’t taken pics of Caldera in forever, and it was such a nice day out today.
Lava corn snake:
Caldera is very handsome. It’s possible, looking at some of those saddle borders in some of those pics, to see why Lava was sometimes referred to as “transparent hypo” back in the day.
Very busy day today! Dropped off a few snakes at FedEx and picked up 6 new ones! Introducing Barnaby, anery splash Kenyan sand boa:
Dandelion, honey stripe corn snake. Very VERY feisty!
Mithril, shatter, possibly caramel shatter:
Vale, cinder (possibly caramel cinder)
Kirby, red factor sunkissed ghost motley:
And Kestrel, sunkissed tessera corn snake:
I love them all! The sheer variety within the SKT morph is incredible, and that one is superb.
Congratulations on the new additions! They are all wonderful! I love the names, too. ![]()
Definitely time for some updated photos of many of these snakes. Unfortunately a bunch are in blue at the same time, so it’ll have to wait! But here’s Hawthorne, sunkissed tessera. She might be breeding next year.
