Hi guys, please help me to confirm in sexing my hognose based on the scale count.
She’s sold to me as a female. However when I check the tail, it count about 44 scale below the cloaca. Don’t you think that she is a male?

It’s possible you have a long-tailed female, but going by the count and the taper, I’d say it’s probably a male.
