I have a 4 yet old female. Had her for the last 3 months. Ate really well to begin with no issues. Now nearly at the end of week 3 of not eating and nis now passing poops but they don’t look like any she has done before. Is this now worth a vets visit or is she just on hunger strike?

If this is the case I’d stay on the side of caution and go ahead with that vet visit considering that changes have occured.
Have you changed your source of food for her at all? What do you feed?

Popping in to suggest bringing a sample with you to the vet. But if you already cleaned it up then don’t stress over it.

I don’t know hogs well, but my friend who breeds them had one eat her own clutch, and the poop looked like that.

The bit of red in the 2nd pic looks like it could be blood. I would definitely get her in to a vet.
