Potentially gravid female with bulb tail?

This is Sophie. She laid eggs on February 24 and about 45 days later entered another shed. She looks a little gravid (swelling in mid section but not tail) and she is out of control. She’s super moody all the time which is unlike her. She was paired twice, once in September and another time in October to a super arctic male.

My question is she has a mild case of bulb tail. Will this impact her ability to lay? I’ve tried to express them but I couldn’t. It hasn’t gotten worse, and I don’t want to stress her out too much at this point by bringing her to a vet since I can’t seem to express it myself.

(She likes to hide in my stationary drawer lol)
