I just acquired a second hand 3x2x2 for a juvenile boa. It used to house a bearded dragon and has some stains on the floor of the cage. I did just disinfect with F10 but the stains on the PVC remain.
Are there any non-toxic tricks for getting these stains off? Would vinegar and water work?
The stains are probably not an issue since it’s been disinfected but I would love to get them off while it’s empty if I can.

Maybe vinegar water and baking soda? Letting it sit before scrubbing it off as well. It only works with some stains but it might help get rid of those ones.

Like I said, if I can’t get it off it’s not the end of the world as I doubt it will cause any harm. Probably just get stained again once the boa is in there anyway. Hah.
Yes yes, I do get wanting to get rid of the stains though. Might as well make it look extra pretty for the boa!
I would use a part bleach solution and see if that does the trick.
