I was curious what you guys think. Is this stuck shed? I had him soaking all day and even tried to use tweezers to take it off and nothing.

From this picture, it does not look like stuck shed to me. Either a discoloration or an injury healing. I would not use anything to try and remove it, except your finger and water. If it is shed, it should come off. Waiting until next shed would not hurt. If it is shed, it should come off then.

It looks like damage from have stuck shed through an entire shed cycle and then shedding again. Should heal in a few sheds.
