Questions about feeding temperature

Hi.

I’ve heard that snakes can’t digest heated meat (denaturation protein).
So I always offered the ball python a mouse/rat below 100℉ / 37.5℃.

But I recently heard that snakes can digest denaturation proteins.

What is right?

If a snake can digest the denaturation protection,
Is it okay to provide ball python with a rat that was at a high temperature(ex. 120℉ / 49℃) and then cooled to an appropriate temperature(ex. 98℉ / 36.5℃)?

Of course there are hygienic problems such as bacterial reproduction, but is mouse/rat with denaturation protection not affected by ball python digestion?

Sorry for bad English because I used the translator.
thank you for reading.
