So is there a difference in the listings for the RBE Pastel that I see and the plain pastel? Is a “pink pastel” just a Albino RBE Pastel?

No, there is no difference. If you look at the genetics listed on those animals, it shows you what they mean by “pastel”. RBE pastel is a dominant gene, the RBE is just for the breeder who named it.
That said, no, a “pink pastel” is not an Albino RBE Pastel. Pink Pastel Albino (PPA for short) is a completely different recessive gene. You can differentiate the two by the way they’re listed in the “traits” section.
