Such gorgeous babies, Caryl! I’m especially fond of Solo, who I’ve renamed Limeade, but I’m probably biased! lol He is settling in nicely in his new enclosure. I’ve not seen much of him yet, I’m giving him a week to settle before I offer him food or anything.
Hi Emma! Thanks! I’m fond of Limeade, too! When I decided to keep either him or Rossini, it just depended upon who sold first. I am very happy that one of my babies has a great home with you. Also that we’ll get updates on him as he grows!
Ok so I have already jumped ahead again and drooled over all of these babies but oh my goodness they are ALL such beauties!
This one is dreamy!
Awwwwww Brings back sweet memories of my Little Dot in his little box days! Seriously though? Eating on the lunch lady’s lap! What a lovely little hambone!
Awwww! What a sweet baby and I am glad she has a new home now!
Pretty Pretty little boy!
Congratulations Emma on another amazing addition from @caryl! Solo is so lovely! I am very excited that you have him!
I love the name Carmen! I had a very sweet aunt with that name! She’s definitely a keeper!
Can I have him? . Ok I am drooling now! Fanny and her brother and 2 sisters (all adopted of course) are going to get jealous!
Thanks, @Caron! My Carmen may have heard about your sweet aunt. She’s named for the opera, and for the tulip, but I like the nice association. Sorry, no, you can’t have Haldir.
Oh, it’s worse than that. He actually eats in my hand, not just in my lap. It’s pretty ridiculous, lol. I keep offering in other places, but he won’t eat unless I hold him in one hand and his mouse in the other. That’s okay, though. It’s serious progress from assist feeding, which was how things were at the beginning. Surely someday he’ll eat on his own like a normal snake!
Well if you had to assist him then no wonder he wants you to hand feed him! Spoiled little brat!
He is totally spoiled! It’s kinda funny or maybe not, but the stubborn non-feeders who end up assist-feeders often seem to turn into long, scaly puppy dogs.
Well it does kinda make sense. And it’s really sweet too!
