I’m just curious if Red Factor is possible in Lavenders? If so has anyone produced any? Or anyone working on them?
I’ve got Cayenne line RF and Cherry in the works. It will be some time yet. I’m sure we’ve already seen some RF Lavenders in the past before, but I don’t know if anyone did much with them. Donovan Winterberg had a line he called Larkspur, but I believe they were lost in a heating accident.
This photo is from last year, but this is my RF Amel het Hypo Plasma, only good egg I got from Cayenne Fire x Hypo Lavender het Amel. She’ll be paired with a Lava Opal male next year. I also have a very small batch of Cherry het Hypo Opals due to hatch early next month.
@windserpents She’s SMOKING! I can’t wait to see what she produces.
Do you have any social medias or a website I can follow to see when those Cherry babies pip?
Absolutely stunning colors!
Thanks! I’m continually blown away by her. windserpents.com should have my IG and FB links.
That’s crazy! Is that a RF Lavender or are there other genes at play there?
Yes, plus sunkissed
So what did this little one turn out looking like as an adult? Should be four years old based on the 2020 date of the photo. Any updates???
I don’t have any info on that baby. I do have a couple of animals with Red Factor and Lavender, though. I have some Strawberry Lavender projects going, so with luck, I might have more in the future.
This is Taliesin, produced by Olivia Barron, @solarserpents. RF Lavender het Amel, Motley, 66% ph Amel, 50% ph Diffused, Hypo OR Strawberry. He’s a 2yo.
I also have a couple of 2024s who seem to have RF and Lavender. They’re from the Galahad (Moonstone het Amel, Diffused, Strawberry, Stripe) & Galetta (RF Strawberry Tessera het Amel, Anery, Lavender 66% ph Sunkissed) clutch.
Here is one, likely RF Lavender Tessera who is recently growing lighter.
