You should do some (if you are up for it) retics, burms, and abronia! Some fish like white clouds, (albino?) bristlenose pleco, and hillstream loach all seem like that they would be somewhat difficult.

I have a 30 gallon tank in my basement that I took off the side of the road and cleaned and my goal is to one day make it into a divided tank for a betta on one side and guppies on the other, fully planted and naturalistic.
