Reptile Morph Art Series

Awesome job! Really stands out and isn’t crazy busy or complex, but looks super cool!:star_struck::+1:

Only one of these is based on a reptile morph so it might not really count here, but here’s some new stuff!

Monitor lizards are the closest living relatives to mosasaurs, so my mosasaurus is based on a bell’s phase lace monitor

I love these! They’re so cute looking :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: You really captured the big eyes on the ichthyosaur

What species is that bottom one, some sort of Pliosaur?

Liopleurodon, yep!

If you’d like to make something unique for your Herptober list, I think it would be cool to see different species of snakes and their jack-o-lanterns. Let people get really creative with how they represent their species of snake and then how gory or happy their jack-o-lantern is ha-ha.

Aw that’s a super cute idea! Next time I pull out the watercolors I might try that!

I would love to see your interpretation of a Phosphorosaurus. With cuvier’s beaked whale colors since it was a deep sea hunter and cuvier’s beaked whale is the deepest diving modern vertebrate.

I’ll put it on the list!!

I know this thread is about your art, but I would just like to take a moment to appreciate this adorable art of Phosphorosaurus that I found.
