Proven
Considerable work done by JMG Reptile and RepsInTX. I also own a pair of these that will be breeding soon. Multiple are listed already.
It is an Autosomal dominant with variable penetrance and sex-influenced expression, meaning it is a trait is caused by a gene on a non-sex chromosome, where one copy is sufficient to pass it on. However, not every animal carrying the gene visibly shows it (variable penetrance), and how strongly it appears depends on the animal’s sex and hormonal environment. This explains why the trait can appear inconsistently, show more often or more strongly in males, and be masked in some females while still being inherited.
Unique
Creates a unique and defining head pattern and change to the body pattern.
