**History: In 2020 Mike McGoveran of Snake River Pythons in Idaho purchased an adult female Pied Ball Python that had no other known traits. She produced pied clutches as expected in 2021 and 2022. Then in the 2023 season she was paired with an unrelated male that was purchased from a different breeder. This male was Black head Enchi Het. Pied with no other known traits. This pairing produced 6 hatchlings including a Blackhead Axanthic Pied, a Blackhead Enchi Axanthic Het. Pied, and an Enchi Pied with Axanthic paradoxing. This pairing was repeated in 2024 and produced two more Axanthics. ** The history behind its discovery?
