Obviously, you have retic experience and own others if you are getting an adult male from someone else. So what I would recommend is use one of your PVC enclosures until you can get it adult enclosure somewhere on the scale of 8x4x2 if not bigger.

Surely you’ve already got the enclosure ready if you’re getting the Snake?…
A set up should be ready first and as Lumpy says^ a big one!

If you have the space, I would suggest building a 10x6x7. It would be a huge enclosure but your retic would love it. If you don’t have the space, then a lot of people house them in 8x4x2s or 8x4x4s.
