We’ve detected fraudulent messages from individuals impersonating MorphMarket staff. These accounts use variations of the username “support” to mislead users, and send messages containing scam links. They may also appear as a “purchase confirmation” message.
These scammers may ask you to:
- Click a suspicious link
- Share credit card information, passcodes, OTPs, or other sensitive information
If you encounter such requests:
- Terminate the conversation immediately.
- Report the incident to MorphMarket by emailing support@morphmarket.com, or by using the messenger action (the + icon) in the lower left corner of the individual message thread.
IMPORTANT:
Sharing passcodes, passwords, or any unique/secure information with anyone can lead to significant financial losses. Unfortunately, MorphMarket cannot guarantee recovery of such losses.
Please keep in mind that the formatting and phrasing of these messages may change. Never click on any suspicious links or provide the scammer with any information.
Remember:
- MorphMarket staff will NEVER ask for your passcodes, passwords, or OTPs.
- MorphMarket will NEVER contact you via messenger asking for credit card payments.
- All official communications will come from verified @morphmarket.com email addresses.
Your security is our priority, but please stay vigilant and report anything suspicious to us immediately. Our team is working diligently to ensure that these scammers can no longer access the site or send messages.
