Seller rating form [Fixed]

I am trying to do a seller rating but the stars are gone to rate communication, shipping, etc. So after I finish my comments it won’t successfully submit and I get an error message……

I was going to post the error message but it has the seller’s name on it whom I am trying to rate……

Yeah, these stars icons are really playing with our sanity right now.

The boxes you see are still clickable, and behave just like the stars would though.

Once you have completed each one the rating will go through as normal. Its just the icon that is missing.

Are the boxes still there because I am not seeing any boxes?

Ok I see the boxes now. They are very light and I am using an IPhone 8 to boot! But they are not clickable for me. When I click on them nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

There is a fix for this coming up, and in review. If all is well I would think on Monday this should be resolved, if not before.

Ok. Later on I will try it on my IPad and see if it works. I just use my phone for everything but it was outdated when I bought it new last year! :joy:. I can’t see paying a thousand bucks for a new phone that will be outdated a few weeks after purchase! :weary:. So hence the IPhone 8……

I would rather spend my money on my hobby- reptiles…… :blush:

That is so odd. After I bought my boa I was able to leave a review and click the amount of stars I wanted to give them with no trouble at all. It’s clearly something on their end with the site? Or it could be your iPhone 8 might not be able to get the best version of the site because your phone might not have the technology to have the latest version of morph?

Obviously this is all speculation/assumption. That’s so weird though.

Yeah but the thing is I tried it on my iPad and it still doesn’t work. When the stars were there I had no problem……

Do you have a non-Apple device you can try it on? Speculating but maybe it has something to do with iOS.

I have a computer I can try. I will do it tomorrow and let you guys know if it works on it……

Thanks for the suggestion. I feel badly about not being able to review the sellers, one of them doesn’t have many reviews anyway……

I reported it last week :slight_smile:

On the app version I was still able to leave feedback. I didn’t even have the boxes. I had X’s instead of the boxes, but it worked the same.

So I suppose I have the app version on my phone because I downloaded it……

This is probably a dumb question but is there another version?

Not a dumb question. Sometimes apps don’t automatically update. MM only has one app, and you can always check the play store or apple store to see if there is an update available for the app.

Since this problem is known on the app/desktop version, they’ll be making a fix to it like Thomas said within the week, and so it should auto update on both app/desktop
