This is my first post, but I am hoping for a second opinion on these leopard gecko genders. They are all rescues, age ranges are 1-3 years. I am told they are all female but if anyone could help and explain what these red dots, I noticed, are? Safe? Normal?

These all appear to be female except for maybe the 2nd one, how much do they weigh? ![]()

Though I’m not too sure what the red dots are, my best guess is that they are either scent glands or remnants of what would be the hemipene pouches if they were male.
@armiyana may know what they are?

This has been my assumption for a long while now. There’s no real identification from what I’ve seen, but scent/anal glands make the most sense to me.
Females will have them as well.
Also, from these photos all three look to be female to me. =)
