A few years back I received some Arctic Shadow animals in trade. I didn’t have the greatest understanding at the time, of what defined Shadow line. The female didn’t prove out to be Arctic a couple years later, so I sold the project to start off with higher quality animals. The ones I received this past year are amazing examples of what Shadow line should look like. Their bellies are solid black (or translucent/white for Albino’s), the head stamps are very distinct, as are their blocky saddles and high contrast colours.

Shadows are so nice! Yours are beautiful examples. I’d love to see a shadow lav or shadow snow at some point.

I made sure to buy from who I believe produces the best Shadow line. Lavender Shadow or Coral Shadow would be amazing!!! I might have to work towards that!
