Shipping Box Trade-in Program
As you are aware, FedEx recently asked us to enforce new box requirements, and if you ship through MorphMarket Shipping you are no longer able to use boxes with a different shipping company’s branding. To ensure sellers are using the correct boxes we will be accepting trade-ins for new, branded shipping boxes until the end of July. This offer can only be redeemed once per account.
To qualify for this program:
- You must be located within the continental US.
- You agree to ship the boxes we provide through MorphMarket Shipping.
- You agree that you will NOT use the existing, improperly branded boxes with MorphMarket Shipping.
- Shipping with these boxes is not permitted and may result in corrective action against your account including, but not limited to, account termination.
- Your trade in boxes must be specifically branded with a different shipping company’s information.
- MorphMarket branded boxes, generic boxes approved for live animal shipping, unapproved boxes, and used/damaged boxes do not qualify.
