My normal (wild type) male is passing on food again. How does he know it’s breeding season? LOL He has done this even before I had any females in the collection. Around this same time last year.

Yeah, my old roommate’s bp used to do the same thing. The only female snake in the house was my sand boa, who was kept on a different floor. No female bps in sight, yet he always seemed to know when it was breeding season and would go off food for months.
He was a big boy and he never lost any significant amount of weight, so it wasn’t super concerning, but it was certainly interesting that he always seemed to know when it was that time of year. He’d start thinking with his “little head” even when no females were around.

The first time really worried me. I expect it from him now.
Let’s see if my male Lesser does the same this year. The other three males are small enough yet that I don’t think they’ll go off of food untill next season.
It’s crazy how their instincts take over.

Nothing SUPER impressive but here’s my Bongo Leopard girl! I love her deep blacks, clean pattern (?), white creeping up from her belly, and her tail stripe along her back!
