Show Off Your Cresties 🤩

It’s her own fault, if she eat bugs then she’d gain the weight in no time!

She hasn’t laid eggs yet so hopefully that will be a few months off

Abbeys turn to get her calcium sacks checked today. They were quite small.

Weighed her as well, 47 grams, without tail. She nearly can’t fit the scale :stuck_out_tongue:

After this was done and I let her back in, she stared at me for a long while. Evil eye! :eyes:

With the small scales like that. I always found it best to put a pot on, then put them on top so they fit

I now use kitchen scales! :joy:

My latest project, two display cases from Ikea. Going to put a box of substrate at the bottom and som LED strips for lighting + UVB. A sturdier piece of plastic on some of the mesh walls to keep humidity in a little better.

Congrats  always fun with a new little one. Do you have any more pics of it? Maybe when it’s fired up?

Fired up pics would be better, esp as it looks to have a dip in it’s back, could just be the angle of the pic, if not then it may have FTS or MBD.

But I believe you Crestie is a pin dash dalmation harlequin

I think the dip in the previous photo was due to the angle as there was a piece of wood there.

Not too sure if it’s fired enough or not. As it’s a baby I don’t wanna stress it out too much so I’ll possibly get better photos in a week or so.

Also aware it’s wet, humidity went high as we have the heating on.

That pic doesn’t look great either.

Does he have a bent/curved spine??

Not in reality no. I think its just the poses and how I’m trying to take the photo. His back is pretty flat irl.

I’d get out to check

I was quick-cleaning Fergus’ tank the other day and put in a new thermo/hygrometer. That sparked his interest! He came out of his hut and wanted to check.

What is happening down there?

Are you adding things to my home without asking me?? Well, I’ll let you know what I think about that!

Nearly there, I can spot the big ugly thing over here. Not my taste, really.

What does it say? Hmm. Yibberish mostly. Oh well, it seems pretty harmless.

I’ll let it stay for now. But might eat it later!

Ask me next time you want to decorate my tank! I want it to be stylish! I’m a special and unique gecko, that’s what my breeder said!

Hahaha  I love it!

I’ve got a few enclosures with them in and despite them not working, the geckos love climbing on them

I agree, the pic makes it look like MBD.
