From my experience moss doesn’t keep humidity high enough and vermiculite results in the babies being covered in it, so I think the best option (at least for me) is to have a medium of vermiculite with a thin layer of moss on top of it for the babies to climb on. The vermiculite should keep the humidity high and the moss will prevent the babies from being covered and it should also help fight off mold. I have one clutch incubating this way and we’ll see what happens when they hatch.
@foxreptile hahaha definitely not doing it myself. Hershey launched themselves into the void off Matt’s hand last week, I went in for the assist, and they bounced off me and onto the floor. I need another adult.
@ghoulishcresties will do! If I can figure out how to capture it on camera!
I looked at the thread Michelle had posted last August, so I think I’m looking for mostly near the legs, no? I feel like it isn’t as pronounced as the Leo’s and beardies.
All the babies were out this morning, but nobody was hanging on the door. Scale and loupe came in yesterday, so hopefully tonight we can get some of them done! It’s the end of the school year here, so it’s been busy!
Thankyou, none of them will be staying as all males unfortunately. And I bloody love those brothers and that hypo
But I’d have to rethink my plans here, it’s such a hard decision…
But with the other projects next year and so on I can’t keep everyone I love…
I so wished for females I tell ya…
I need a female Naruto… knowing my luck they’ll all be male
First is female (nvp anyway)
So that red Lilly is staying, didn’t realise I put her on there
But my hypo boy is up… I get him out daily… I’m gonna be gutted when he goes. He goes neon red like mum (Akira). He’s so chunky and lush… I need more room to
