Hello, new here 
Really enjoying this thread! Here’s my orange/yellow crew. First up is Flavia, a young hopefully female, orange/somtimes pale yellow phantom. The small 5grams siblings named Flynn (hunting isopods with great intensity) and Fran (peeking out the front), to the orange semifired tiger named Fergus who now reached 9 grams.

Yes, hoping to get the breeding going next year. Mainly tigers and tricolors. Together with another breeder a little more experienced than myself

Thanks for your concern it’s gone now.
I don’t think he’s soft scale, but I might be wrong. Never seen one actually.
The older females and males we have are ready to breed, they are proven. These are only our younglings.

You would probably know as soft scales can be quite costly.

I’ve been studying up on different morphs for a good while now, listened many times to the guys on the Foundation Genetics videos (love them) and really look forward to when the next part of their project is released.
But I still have a hard time identifying a phantom (not a phantom pinstripe). What are the typical signs? Is it the dorsal area you look at? I know it mutes white. And maybe darkens the harli/tiger pattern?

Phantoms don’t have harley patterning etc. If you look on my profile (portfolio) I have a lot of phantoms as produce them from my tangerine pair. Though they’re all also Dalmatian or super dals
Apart from the phantom Lilly and phantom quad.
But phantoms have the same dorsal, lateral and body colour

Searched for phantom in the morph guide on this site, but it was only phantom pin or phantom quad included

Phantom pins, are just phantoms. No need to say the pin part as they’re not actually related to eachother. But quad is obviously different again so phantom Quadstripes is ok to say. Confusing I know
