Should give you a chance to see some hets then. Well, I guess that’s already the case.

Looks like the pairing was a mistake that was meant to be just so you’d get the chance to find out things you didn’t know! Crossing fingers for lots more possible crossover hets :crossed_fingers:t2::crossed_fingers:t2::crossed_fingers:t2:

The last sunkissed anery baby is out, a little male named Graham! 7.7 grams. Very consistent sizes with these babies.

Hi sweet little Graham! Chocolate and Marshmallow are waiting for you!!! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Aww, how sweet. It looks like Graham has panda-style markings around his eyes? Maybe it’s just the angle. He’s adorable, regardless.

Actually it looks like Graham has a little face with a little pointy hat and 2 arms and 2 legs as a head stamp!

So the pink nose baby from the accidental clutch is out (no other eggs in that clutch have even pipped yet, surprisingly). I think Caryl might be right and this is a buttermint. She has a slight yellow tinge in person. I’ll try to get some pictures with my actual camera soon.

Anyway, here’s Piffle!

Looks like the grandparent’s possible cinder worked out nicely a couple generations later! Yay for mistakes!

No new pips from that clutch, which is crazy to me. I can’t believe one pipped and fully emerged before anything else even got started. I even left the baby in the egg box for like half the day yesterday to hopefully encourage the others to pip!

In other news, Dawn, my het scaleless girl has been acting very antsy lately and refused her last meal. You know what that means! I gave her a lay box and she is laying a small second clutch now. I never re-paired her, but it looks like several of the eggs should be fertile. Her first clutch should be hatching any day now. There were 10 good looking eggs originally in that clutch, but two went bad, so now there are only 8. So I don’t mind a second clutch!

Yeah, that’s weird pipping! Nice second clutch from Dawn!

Congratulations on the new eggs from Dawn! Maybe you’ll get a few more good ones.

Your other eggs are just relaxing before the big event. Piffle just couldn’t wait any longer to show her wonderful self to the world!
