Same reason why I’m afraid to get a carpet python! I’d be worried that I’d end up with 50 of em’! In my opinion, they’re the best snake. They’re arboreal, which gives you more to look at, they have a great feeding response, can be tamed down, they’re the perfect size at an average of around 6 feet for most subspecies, and they’re absolutely GORGEOUS. I also have no bias for carpet pythons

I know I’m gonna need a boa. Nothing to fancy though, probably just a normal or a hypo. Maybe a locality though, like a Nicaraguan, Hog Island or Pearl Island.

Their personalities are amazing. I’ll put rosalie in the yard sometimes and its fun to just watch. Gotta be careful though, we have an osprey that lives close by.
