Also…I am in the Midwest…sort of…south central Illinois…so…with just using the same watt lights year round…all my Keyans & which include my Rosys experience night time temp drops…during the winter that push lower. Ive personally found no need to brumate anything ever to breed…altho…never attempted breeding Rosys

Other side of the coin…during the winter…20 degrees for on weeks spells here…when my heat is running constantly…my high humidity tropical snakes can be such a hard time… which is nice with Rosys…easy …regardless. summer…winter. best pet snake…besides a Dumerils boa.
