Straw berry plant in crested gecko enclosure

I was just wondering if it would be ok to put a straw berry plant in my crested gecko enclosure I don’t know if they will try to eat them hole but I know I’ve given them at a treat before sliced up

I’ve never thought about adding a strawberry plant as I don’t think it would do well with a gecko climbing on it.

However I can’t see any reason it would be dangerous to a Crestie as long as you remove strawberries before they become mouldy

I was actually considering putting mine in there too
They may squash them but should work

Definitely let know If you are successful with this.

I don’t think it would produce many strawberries if it’s being forever trampled on, but would be good if it was successful

My dogs eat them off mine and the birds, I’ve never actually gotten any haha, but touch wood still does well :joy:

Will take a cutting to try in with a male.
