They both look great.
I think the pastel washes out the one more, but that’s still a great choice if this is for a breeding project. Enchi can pair nicely with so many things.
Regardless they’re both neat and great on the breeder for making the offer to make things right
The pastel definitely isn’t as saturated but I do like the additional genes as it’ll make him more flexible for future breeding plans!
I’m incredibly humbled by their offer, almost makes me feel guilty. 
Certainly going above and beyond with fixing the situation, considering I was ready to walk away with only an apology and/or an offer for a discount on a future purchase.
Kinda restores your faith in mankind. At least for a few minutes…..

I’d personally go with the Butter, but I’m a sucker for that clean smooth look of Lessers/Butters 
Not only that but if you’re going for color that Butter is pretty nice for a Super Banana in terms of pigment. Super Banana really washes it out normally.
@armiyana though has a good point that Enchi pretty much pairs well with anything and that one has a neat headstamp… hard choices for sure!

It is really refreshing that the breeder is willing to compensate in sending you a free snake. Not many would.
Just goes to show there are definitely still good ones out there! 
The butter boy is definitely pretty and I do like his intense color, but like you pointed out the enchi boy has a pretty neat headstamp and I’m a sucker for stuff like that lol. I’m aiming for a pair that makes all banana or BEL babies, so the possibility of them also having pastel or enchi is a nice bonus!
It definitely was a very kind gesture on the breeder’s part, and I could not be more appreciative!

I have a couple of enchis in my BEL group and super enchi Mojave special surprised me. So pale and pretty blue eyes. But banana Enchi super Mojave or super enchi Mojave are also neat. I need to get lesser in on that as well. But that may be after I get an enchi mystic potion and mystic crystal producing pairing up…
Or do another enchi crystal het hypo x Mojave Coral Glow het hypo pairing and get some fun colors in there.
Weirdly… I’m lacking a male banana/CG bel combo.
Maybe I take my banana OD pied dinker to one of the CG mojaves or my cg special… But I do worry a bit about the eye issues. =\
I was going to pair to my paradox BEL, but she’s a butter lesser combo so I think I’ll be on the hunt for a super mojave (Or mystic, phantom, etc) female in the near future!
Those combos all sound so pretty! You can’t go wrong with any of them, IMO. Especially fond of the look of mystic potions/purple passions, sort of surprised I don’t already have one…
The eye issues are really only a problem with super lesser/butter, right? I don’t think I’ve ever seen/heard of a super mojave or mojave combo BEL having any bug eye problems.
BEL combos have issues when you plug pied or albino in. They get the opposite issue, bead eye/microphthalmia.
I had the issue pop up with a single gene lesser cinny pied as well.
Aaaah, yeah that’s definitely a thing and why I’m not putting my mojo kids into anything pied. So many little “rules” to keep in mind when breeding ball pythons! That being said, if the goal is to make a banana BEL complex baby rather than utilizing the pied, the pairing could still work. IIRC it only pops up in visual pied and not the hets, right?
Yeah, visual pieds. Supposedly it’s when there’s a BEL pied, but I hatched one with lesser or Mojave last year that was also bead eye. They may also have been banana.

BEL genes and cinny can trigger pieds to display as all white. The BEL genes tend to make the eyes red, but that could have been banana in this one’s case.
Another update for the books - the new boy (I have decided to name him Muntjac) was supposed to ship on Thursday, but by the evening I hadn’t received any tracking info so I inquired about it and Friday morning the breeder (or someone in their staff) got back to me - apparently because a follow-up email I had sent Wednesday to verify shipment for Thursday was opened and not marked as unread, they missed that he was supposed to be shipped out and thus was not. We’ve rescheduled to ship Monday for Tuesday pickup, here’s hoping there are no more hiccups!
You should have scheduled for shipping on Tuesday. That way you could pick up and drop off the same day!
It is Tuesday pickup from him and drop off for you, so that’s actually exactly the plan! 
Duh! I had ANOTHER senior moment! You are so correct!!! I always like shipping on Tuesdays because delivery is the middle of the week is so much better!
