I paired my lesser yb female to super pastel vpi pied het cryptic then i got three egg. But looks like one of the egg is totally different to the other eggs. First pic i totally understand but the second one i am Really confused.

Was she bred before you got her? That looks like a black pastel yellow belly to me.

I bought the lesser girl 3years ago around 2kg. But she is kind like has some black spot on her body.

Those are paradox markings on the female if I’m not mistaken.
That may explain why you have an oddball baby

I agree, paradox marks. They don’t necessarily scream 8ball complex to me…they look a bit more like just normal color peeking through. But definitely a possibility if the previous owner didn’t try to breed her.
Otherwise it could be the retained sperm if they did try to breed her.
