Myself and others have shared these two videos by Destin Sandlin of Smarter Every Day quite a few times over the years, but I feel like they deserve their own thread… so here they are for those who have missed them.
They cover the topic of light passing through “structures” to create colours that are not really there … which is how we see “red” in some Ball Python combos, who do not produce erythrophores (red pigmentation), amongst many other morphs that lie to your eyes.
