Search tiger salamander on MorphMarket and in sure you’ll find one or two. I can’t name anybody specific though.

Sadly, this sort of post isn’t allowed here.
As @leorescues said, The best suggestion is to look at the market side of MorphMarket. If you don’t see tiger salamanders for sale currently, you can adjust the results to allow previously sold animals. You can then see who did have them and can look into contacting them.
