Tricolor hognose morphs

This is Coral she’s a hypo-e tricolor hognose, 1 year old this month, 110 grams. Hypo-e is supposed to turn almost completely black with white stipes by adulthood and she’s working on it. Does anyone know any good resources on Tricolor genetics? I’ve only heard of hypo and hypo-e but I’m wondering if there is anything new popping up?

Huh, in most species “hypo” is hypomelanistic and results in less to no black. Weird this “hypo-e” leads to all black with white stripes. Youd think it would be hypermelanistic.

Edit: looked it up, the “e” stands for erthyristic, which is red color, so hypo-erthyristic would be a reduction in red pigment, hence the black and red color scheme  makes sense now haha.
