One of the most pretty isopods! It’s been a journey with these guys, tried a few different setups over the years. But this new setup is way more drier than I usually keep them and I am noticing actual colony growth which is great. I also have an “low spot” in the center of the tub that’s covered by bark and leaves and that is where I will spray the most water. Maybe simulates a dry river bed type of thing. I noticed the green spots will stay above that really humid spot but upside down on the flat bark that is above the “imprint”.

They are lovely! How big does this species get?

If I had to guess, I would say they would fit on a nickel comfortably.
I hope that helps

That’s a great way to explain their size. Thanks!
