Bought a ball python from a breeder, they were responsive until I sent my payment then I’ve never heard anything back and I’ve sent multiple emails and got nothing back. Starting to get slightly concerned
Probably need to reach out to the mods directly @stewart_reptiles.
I’m not well versed on the specific policies here, but careful calling out names while the issue is still unresolved.
With that being said, I hope you get it sorted out. Hopefully you paid via a method that provides buyer protection? Nearly all of the pay apps side with buyers in any dispute. I would also start down that path along with a conversation with the MM mods.
