Unusual monitor behaviour

What is the weirdest behaviours you have noticed in your monitors? Does anyone here house in groups bigger than mating pairs?

I know a few people who have kept Ackies in small breeding groups like 1.2 or 1.3 ratios. But other than that I think it’s more of a matter of who has the space to properly maintain a larger monitor species in a group. As well as the fact other species are not as social iirc.

Ackies are small and already somewhat socially inclined. And the habitats work well for that when set up with multiple crevice spots and shelves to bask on.

I’d love to see some larger monitor setups though.
