Can we add buttons to mark messages as not needing response, and archive? I find that actual customers messages get cluttered up and shifted to other pages because of messages that are no longer needed. If a customer has a payment plan, it is easy for their thread to go to page 2 or 3 behind messages that are not needed because they were general questions. Thank you.

This is all done.
And there is an option to “Archive All” to get a clean slate.
