Weirdly placed dalmatian spot or something else?

The spot has been there since I got Maple. that was December 14th last year.

I still think it’s most likely a weirdly placed dalmatian spot but wanted to know what you think? I think if it was mouth rot it would have progressed at least a bit and if it was an injury it would have healed by now.

First picture of today for close up look.

As far as I can tell it is just a different colour, no indent or anything.

I agree, if it has always been there, and it hasn’t changed at all in the 3 months you’ve had her, it’s likely just a dal spot.
