Hello, when i was changing water for my gecko today i found there is a white dot inside her belly. Iām still new in keeping gecko so can someone tell me what that is? Is it normal?

Looks like just some urates forming. She should be fine.
Keep an eye on it for now just in case it looks red or irritated. Small chance of it maybe being a small cyst in the skin layer.

It can moves around inside so probably urates. Thank you for the answer
