What kind of lizard is this?

Found this guy in statesville, does anybody know what he/she is? I’m just curious🙂.

Any pics of the underside? Or just does it have a blue belly or plain grey/brown?

I honestly don’t think I looked at the belly, I just snagged these two pictures quick and let him go.

Oh ok. If it had some bright blue we could assume it was a side blotched lizard to identify it even deeper, but a fence lizard would be a good assumption.
