Your gecko is beautiful!
It’s sometimes difficult to really say without knowing the history. Especially when looking at polygenic morphs like Blood. You can’t call a gecko a blood unless it is from Blood parents for example. Even if the gecko looks similar.
Without a history, here’s what I would ID your little one as:
Super Hypo Tangerine Albino
There looks to be maybe some stripe going on, but it could also be jungle. Baby photos may help more for that.
I wouldn’t say carrot tail because the orange is broken up and not a more solid band.
I also cannot tell you which strain of albino without history either. They all look identical so they can’t be IDed by eye
