Looks like a pinstripe piebald.
Is this a snake you are looking to purchase or sell? We can’t give any advice on pricing really aside from checking on the MorphMarket sales pages and what they are priced there.
What I do want to mention though is that this snake looks off to me. I would request photos to make sure they aren’t as skinny up front and as round at the tail as it looks here.
Sometimes babies will curl up in odd ways especially when nervous or on a background like this. A photo on a flat surface will probably work best to make sure.
