Im not too sure which morphs to test for on my snakes. Its more for my own knowledge than anything else, but would definitely be better to know if we ever decide to breed (i doubt we will breed but who knows) The non-piebald is a rescue whom came to me on August 25, 2024 in pretty rough shape, around 3-4 years old and only 309 grams. She weighed in today (03/28/2025) at 1018 grams and being my first snake, im super proud of that! Anyways, back to the subject. I was told she was a fire, pastel, pos DG.
The piebald i purchased from a breeder, mainly wanting to test him to confirm but would like to know if i need to test for anything else. He was produced from ODYB super enchi fire leopard pied x OD pied, he was listed as enchi piebald.

Thank you in advance!

Because of the rough start and being a rescue, if you did ever breed I wouldn’t consider breeding the pastel fire.
Her ID of fire pastel looks correct. I don’t believe she is DG.
The enchi pied looks correct as well. But you would maybe if anything want to test for leopard as that can be difficult to ID in Pieds.

I’ve removed one of your photos, we don’t allow feeding photos, they give organizations like PETA ammunition to target reptile keepers.

Agreed.
Just because she may be in better shape now doesn’t mean she’ll do well breeding considering she was a rescue.
Exposure to health issues and extended mental or especially physical stress to reptiles can affect how well they do with reproduction, no matter at what point in their lifetime they experienced it. Its better for her if the Pastel Fire female stays as pet only.
