What was the pairing? Based on these pictures alone it looks black pastel.

Yeah, then black pastel. We’d need pictures of the whole snake in natural lighting, not just small portions of the body, to guarantee that, but based on that pairing and what else I’m seeing there’s nothing else it can be.
If dad is visual hypo then this baby will be het, but honestly dad doesn’t look visual hypo to me, just lesser black pastel. So I wouldn’t guarantee that this baby is het hypo, I’d lable it as poss het hypo (and of course poss het pied). If you wanted to determine if dad is actually homozygous hypo, a shed test would do it.
